A cozy, bright and cheery cottage, nestled among the cedars on beautiful Whidbey Island.

Sharon's Cottage is a privately owned, cozy, bright & cheery view property that is located about a half mile from the charming seaside village of downtown Langley. The open floor plan allows for good flow from the well equipped kitchen with eating bar, dining room & living room. The home has a floor to ceiling wall of north facing windows, which allows for good lighting, even on those northwest cloudy days. There is a great freestanding propane fireplace to unwind and read a good book by. Double French doors lead to a spacious deck to enjoy your view & relax on.

The cottage is decorated in cheery colors reminiscent of a French country cottage, complete with hand painted décor. The pine plank floors from New Hampshire add warmth & charm. Views of passing boats and whales can be glimpsed from the living room and deck or even some of the local deer strolling by, as there is an abundance of wildlife, everywhere!

There is one bedroom on the main level with a king-size pillow top bed, ceiling fan and skylight. The second bedroom is an upstairs open area loft, which overlooks the living room. There is a king-size bed in the loft with double skylights that lead to views of the stars & towering cedars above. The bathroom has double sinks and a separate shower/toilet area. There is a full size washer & dryer in the utility room. Other amenities include internet, wifi, dvd player, cable tv & built in microwave.

Come explore all that downtown Langley has to offer! Excellent restaurants, art galleries, boutiques and specialty shops. There is a public beach access at the Seawall Park, for beach combing, swimming or picnicking and for those hikers or mountain bike riders, the Saratoga Woods, is less than a mile away!

Policies and Rates

• Sharon's Cottage is designed for four guests only.
• A 2 night minimum stay is required during off season and a 4 night minimum stay during peak season.
• All major holidays outside of peak season, require a 3 night minimum stay at the rate of $225 per night.
• No smoking and no pets are allowed.
• Children over 12 are welcome.
• Off season rates are $195 a night or $1225 a week. Peak season rates are $245 a night or $1525 per week.
• To ensure a standard of cleanliness, there is a $100 cleaning/garbage fee.
• All reservations require a $500 refundable security/damage deposit be paid.
• Washington state sales tax of 10.7% is additional.
